Antigua & Barbuda launches UK marketing promotion to boost September bookings

static-300x300[5]The Antigua & Barbuda Tourism Authority’s UK Office will launch a promotional campaign tomorrow to encourage bookings in the traditionally quieter month of September. The trade campaign goes live on 30th June (tomorrow) until 12th July and will offer value packages at competitive prices, enticing couples, groups of friends and individual travellers to book September holidays.

The Tourism Authority has joined forces with airlines, hotels and tour operators to launch the booking drive and it is a continuation of the “Our island life” UK campaign which started in November 2015. The promotion will also include digital activity and direct marketing.

Although seen as a low season month in Antigua, September still offers good weather and visitors have the advantage of quieter beaches, restaurants and resort facilities.

Example offers range from £829 per person for a seven night stay at the Halcyon by Rex on an all-inclusive basis to £1,175 per person for a seven night stay at the luxurious Blue Waters on a bed and breakfast basis. Both deals include flights.
