• 2 bedrooms equipped with queen size beds, ceiling fans and air conditioning.
• Large kitchen, living and dining area.
• Kitchen is fully equipped with cooking utensils, stove, large refrigerator and freezer, microwave, coffee maker and toaster.
• Each apartment has cable television and telephone and power of 110v.
• Amenities include hot and cold showers, hair dryer, iron and ironing board.

The Seatons Area is close to the natural paradise of the North Sound which contains many islands surrounded by calm turquoise waters, and plays home to many endangered species of birds and mammals.

Located within 20 minutes of the city of St. John's and the V.C Bird International Airport, access to the property is fairly simple and easy.

Visitors to the island are encouraged to experience the local culture, whether learning to play the game of warri, visiting popular "liming" spots, eating roast corn or learning to cook an indigenous dish such as ducana and saltfish, or fungi and pepperpot.
