Cathy-Ann’s professional work experience included banking and sales before joining the airline industry. In 2004, Cathy-Ann was promoted to the position of Country Manager of American Airlines Inc. where she has been employed for the past twenty-four (24) years.   In 2019, Cathy-Ann was appointed to manage the Eastern Caribbean Region.  In August of 2020, she was promoted to Regional Manager, Eastern Caribbean Airport Operations.  The countries within her charge include Antigua, Barbados, Grenada, Guadeloupe, Guyana, Martinique, St. Kitts, St. Lucia, St. Martin, St. Vincent, Trinidad, US Virgin Islands.  She is currently working on opening Paramaribo, Suriname in July of 2021.

Youth Development work is one area of interest for Cathy-Ann and she continues to be a resource for Youth organizations to include the Antigua State College and the Ministry of Education through its Youth outreach programs. Cathy-Ann’s short-term professional goals include completing the development of the new leaders within her team through effective mentorship and practical collaborative journeys.

Cathy-Ann holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) from the Cave Hill School of Business, University of the West Indies, Barbados.  She is therefore entitled to the CARICOM Skilled National Certificate which affords her the ability to work in any CARICOM country.
