The Pavilion Antigua The exclusive Pavilion Antigua restaurant, designed in the tradition of a fine Plantation-style home, is set atop a hill overlooking the Stanford Cricket Ground. The majestic view includes breathtaking gardens, waterfalls, lush tropical vegetation and verandahs. The superb Wine Cellar features more than 8,000 bottles of the world's finest wines, including collectors' vintages, that complement the contemporary French creole-inspired menu. The cellar, which can seat 12 guests, has a timber oak ceiling, handmade American bricks and French limestone floors. For cocktails, the Portanos Lounge, reminiscent of a comfortable English club, features a hand-painted ceiling rendition of a 1550 Spanish explorers map that was designed by Peter Gorman of Vancouver.
